House of Cards was formed in 2003 by members from the region surrounding Erie Pennsylvania. These musicians came together with the idea of being the finest musical rockin' country band in the area. HOC has successfully combined silky smooth vocals with layers of precise harmony. With this they have added a rhythm section platform that is only outshined by their studio quality guitar solos.
